  • United States: 4–10 business days.

5. Carriers & Tracking

We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

7. Address Accuracy

Magic Shelf is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Stolen/Missing: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors or building management before reaching out.
